I have scored 429/720 in NEET UG.Will I get a govt seat for MBBS in Kerala or Tamil Nadu?

sir, my neet rank is 4043, kerala rank:1252.can i get an admission for mbbs in kerala govt medical colleges?.(i belongs to obc category(BH)).

&air rank 11522?
