sir, can i get heritage engg college on the rank 10323...in wbjee????

You must clearly note that Each and Every Stream have Different Cutoffs for Each Colleges that is Mechanical Stream will have its Particular Cutoff while as that Electrical will have its own Particular one and Its not only Implies in One College but Its Valid in all colleges.
