Can I get into IITs after scoring 413 marks in OBC category in GATE in the paper of PI with 243 AIR?


I have got 413 marks in OBC category in Gate 2012 in the paper of PI. My AIR is 243.
Can I get IITs or otherwise what are the colleges and courses available for doing M.E.?
