Can I get PSU's or IIT's after scoring 4046 rank in GATE in Electrical Engineering?


hi i have secured AIR 4046 rank (or 96.33 percentile) in gate 2012 in Electrical engineering.I belong to OBC minority category.Can I get PSUs or IITs.Waiting for ur reply.Help me

can i get iit through my gate score 425 ,and marks 40 in computer science ....i belong to obc minority what chances i have please tell me
