hi sir i belong to cse stream i hav scored 20.67 marks with 274 as gate score and i belong to sc category is there any chance of getting thru nitk

hii,, as you from SC there are good chances of making in NITs, please apply in all NITs ,

and also in ANNA and VTU.

There is very little chances that you will get NIT but aleast try.

can i get into nitk with gate score 274 and gate marks 20.67 cse, I belong to sc category

sir,in GATE 2012 i got 25.67(21.03 is eligibility for SC category) 0ut 0f 100 and gate score is 230 and also i belong to sc category is their any chances of getting NITK surathkal-CSE branch?

Hi

with such a low score you may or may not get into NIT K.
Each NIT has just few SC seats and your marks are too low.
May be you have just qualified the gate exam.
But its difficult to say anything as I dont know much about the cut off in your stream.
Provide cut off in your stream.
Being a EC branch, competition is high with lots of people appearing for gate exam.
many people appear for gate exam for getting into PSU,
if they cant get, they target NIT and IIT for M.Tech.
