sir,i am getting 186 marks in jee mains 2013 .....i belong to general category and i am expecting 90% in isc boards.....can i easily get top nit colleges or iiit????

May I know from which category you belong if its OBC means 100% sure you will get good NITs.

Congratulations, you have scored very good marks in JEE Mains

With 186 marks in JEE Mains, you have slim chances of getting into IIT
However, you may not be able to get any seat in older IIT and may not get branch of your choice.
But you can surely get NIT of your choice.
You can choose your branch as well.

Since you have qualified for advanced, and you belong to SC category, You will get NIT. However, you may face some difficulty to get into top NIT.

Dear NIT aspirant,

As you are getting 186 marks in JEE Mains Exam, with 90% marks in ISC Board.

So, you will definitely get admission in good colleges like NITs, IIITs, etc.

Your AIR would be around 20k to 30k.

However, it is not appropriate to predict the rank of JEE Mains.

Just because, for the first time CBSE is including 40% marks of Board Exams.

However, AIR of JEE Mains Exam has not been published yet.

It would be published on or before 7 July.

The marks you have scored in JEE are good and as you have OBC quota, there might be a chance to secure a seat in NIT. But, admission depends on cut-off at that time.
So you should also consider taking admission in other top colleges/universities like: TISS, BITS, Lovely Professional University, Banaras Hindu University; as they provide quality education and placements. Check their website for detailed info. regarding eligibility criteria and admission process.
