** Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics is a postgraduate Pharmacy course.

** The duration of this course is two years.

** For this course candidate should have bachelor of pharmacy with a minimum of 50% from a recognized university.

** You are eligible to get M.Pharmacy seat in Pharmaceutics after scoring 3047 rank in PGECET.

** You can apply for admission in that college which accept your PGECET score.

Definitely. Because you secured a first class rank which more than enough to get a seat in best colleges of MPharmacy. You may get stipend from various institutions as you secured below 10000 rank in PGECET.
