It is difficult to say whether you will get a seat in medical college just on the bais of rank or not.
Your question lack adequate details regarding your academic details. You mentioned the rank (1460) of the entrance exam. But unfortunately you haven't mentioned your 10+2 aggregate marks! Class 12 aggregate marks is important to determine in which medical college you can get admission.

Most of the seats in medical colleges have already been filled. However there are certain colleges where they are still taking admission but with huge capitation money. You will be eligible to apply for admission on the basis of rank but remember your, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) aggregates marks should be 65% or more.
