Yes, You can get M.B.B.S seat from some colleges which offer Medical seats.
There are some other courses available in Tamil Nadu such as B.D.S, B.Sc or B.E/ B.Tech.
If you are very interested in M.B.B.S then you can try for that but you may get seat in only Private institutions since cut off will be more than 197 for Government Colleges.
If you are interested in Biology, then you can take B.Sc course in Biology which also has a very good value.
If you are interested in Engineering, then you can very well go for B.E/ B.Tech and there are courses like Bio-Technology which deals again with Biological Instruments etc.
