My west bengal rank is 5257 and obc category rank is 2393. I got 151 mark and percentile is 71.5. Can i get a seat in govt medical college in west bengal?

my state(up) rank is 21000 can i get any pvt. college in up and i belong to genral categry...

In provisional merit list i am 13883 rank(com rank = 659) but i don"t know which college i am eligible for. Can you tell the way how to find it? Please reply me quickly
