I have got 204 marks in kerala engineering entrance examination. Is there a chance to get a merit seat in govt. Engineering college?

In Kerala engineering entrance exams how will the rankings been calculated? eg:- Suppose 30 students scored same marks in the entrance exam then which student will be the first rank holder and who will be the 30th rank holder? Please advise.

I expect 450 in keam .Will I get a seat in mechanical branch (General) in govt engineering college?
