My mark in aieee 2012 is 140.can i get any nit with cs branch.i am obc quota,and u.p. State

according to ur marks ur rank is likely to be 50000 and u r obc than much more chance . so u can get much more nit like srinagar,mnit,mnnit may be......and nagaland,manipur surely get
