Can I get NIT with 140-150 marks in AIEEE? In which NIT can I get?

we have scoring aieee rank 2745 can i get nit delhi or kurushetra harayana nit.

i got 153 marks in aieee 2012 can i get nit i belong to obc cat my category rank is 8000

Which nit will i get after scoring 146 in jee mains 2013 and 470/500 in cbse boards..
i have state kota of andhra pradesh bt i actually i belong to orissa.i hv obc kota also
