Can I get pursue law after securing 63% in HSC exam? Which colleges have business law?


I am in F.Y.BA I want to pursue law but I am late in the admission process and I have secured 63% in H.S.C examination. Can I still get through? I want to pursue Business law. Which colleges have Business law? Thank you, waiting for your reply and advice!
