Sir, i m from jaipur ,my ai rank is 7181, obc rank is 1020 ,state rank (rajasthan) is approx1000 . Can i get any good branch in nit jaipur in spot round
please help me, i have very less time.

You have a good score, whether be it state rank or be it all India rank. So cracking NIT would be much of a problem. Only thing is that since you have few thousands of candidates in front of you and the total number of seats in each NIT vary from 600 to 800. So lets say the worst case is that all the thousand candidate in front of you take up one NIT branch.In your case you prefer Jaipur. Let us say 1000s of candidates prefer Jaipur too and they get it because their rank is before you. But then there are lot NITs in different Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, etc. Then you have to think of other NIT branch. So in addition to the course fee, you have to think of the hostel fee or PG rental fee. Other than that few other extra expenditure might be there, depending on your project work and practical work, etc.
