sir, my AIR rank is 38000 in AIEEE . can i get a seat in any nits in any branch

attend the councelling & see last year cut-off of the various nit's on the website : ccb.nic. in
you might get admission in NIT as most of the aieee qualifiers also qualify IIT JEE .

& how much marks have you got ???

I got 165 marks in Aieee 2011 and AIR is 23,546 and op category my rank is 18,303 . intimate the probalbe branch and NITs I can get

can i get a seat of cse in any NIT for my rank 38,000 AIR in AIEEE IN OPEN CATEGORY 2011?

you will not get any nits. to get into nit your rank should be below 4000.

my friend you will get biotechnology/metallurgy /production engineering in many nits in 4th counsilling,but i prefer you to keep patience and you will surely get good branch in good nit in spot counsilling which will occured in august,so keep patience and my wishes are with you.

yeah you can get NIT with this rank even top 20 NITs if you can wait for 3rd or 4th round of counseling, or you can get NITs having rank from 21 to 40, those are newly open in first round.

Hi.

Getting a seat in any of the NIT's in 38000 AIR is very difficult. You should always look for other options as well.

Well I would say, keep an eye on the AIEEE counselling dates, and also keep in mind that EVEN IF you get any seat in any NIT, I am very sure you wouldn't be offered the course of your choice.

So in my opinion, keep other options open as well, cause in the end of the day the course which you study also matters a lot and makes a Huge difference.
