Can I get a seat in any university college like AP after scoring 421 rank in APPGECET ECE stream


sir,
i got 421 rank in appgecet ece stream recently. and i have bc-b reservation and girls quota also ,pls tell me can i get seat in university colleges in ap like ou ,jntu etc., or else pls tel me in which college will i get seat.

I got 345 th rank in PGECET-2012. My stream is ECE. I have reservation with BC-A. My local region is AU.please send me the cut off ranks for universities & various colleges in hyderabad and vizag.
Is there any chance to get Universities?
