dear friend .....
As per past year cut off marks of electronics & communication stream for particular collage was "460" (approximate)...

so when compared to you rank you very rare chance to get.

and coming to scope of computer science......
there are plenty of competitor than the software field jobs in India and china,
so too get into it one should be extraordinary in particular language or skill ..

thus i advice you too take decision based upon your own future goal...
