Well actually i got 100 marks in Enat 2016. So, can anyone tell me that what is possibility of getting the seat in Manipal main campus for engineering?

Manipal Academy of Higher Education, is a deemed university awarded by University Grants Commission. It is located in Manipal, Karnataka, India. It has over 28,000 students from 52 countries.

ENAT is a EPSI National Admission Test. This examination is conducted by Manipal Institute of Technology for degree courses in engineering in the University.

As per my knowledge no you are not eligible to get admission in main campus of Manipal with 100 marks in ENAT 2016. If you are SC/St category candidate then you can apply for admission in Manipal. For further information you can contact at given below address.

Education promotion society for India (EPSI) conducted an online Combined Entrance test for admission into various under graduate and post graduate courses. EPSI National Admission Test (ENAT) is organized by Manipal University. Manipal University got the deemed university status in 1993.

As per the information you have provided in your query you have scored 100 marks in ENAT then if you are open category candidate then as per your marks you are not eliigible to get admission in main campus of Manipal. However if you are SC/ST category then you can get admission in main campus of Manipal.
