Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad is a public university, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and one of the India's leading educational university focusing on engineering. As per my knowledge, yes you are eligible to get a seat in OU or JNTUH after scoring 390 in GATE in ECE group with OC candidate. The tentative date of PGECET counseling is July 20 2017.
