EAMCET is an entrance exam conducted by Telangana & Andhra Pradesh for giving admissions into engineering, agriculture and medicine courses. This entrance exam is conducted once in every year by the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana state government.

Every year the cut off marks varies based on the candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of the question paper.

For general candidates the cut off marks are 45, for OBC candidates the cut off marks are 40, for SC/ ST candidates the cut off marks are 35 marks.

To get admission in top universities/ colleges you need to get the rank below 100 if you belong to general category, below 1000 for OBC category and below 10000 for SC/ ST category.
Since you have scored 60 marks in EAMCET you cannot get admission in top universities but if you belong to reservation category then you may get admission in top universities.
The chances are less for getting admission in top universities.
