No, you can't give IIT-JEE in bengali language.....this exam is conducted with the language english only.

JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCE entrance exams are used to get admissions in IIT and NIT. JEE advance paper is available only in two languages that is Hindi and English. So you cannot give IIT JEE exam in Bengali language.
