A candidate wishing to appear for the PMET should either be from punjab or should have completed his +2 from Punjab.
The entrance test is conducted for the following bachelor courses in medicals:
BAMS , BDS , BHMS and MBBS
The required eligibility for MBBS, BDS and BAMS is that the candidate should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination with 50% in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized board. The candidate must have attained 17 years of age and must be permanent resident of the state of Punjab.
Eligibility for BHMS is that the candidate must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination with 40% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized
As you hail from Punjab and if you are still a resident of Punjab then you can appear for the exams.
