sir my wbjee 2013 rank is 19248 ,can i get either chemical or agricultural stream in any good college?if no which stream i can get?

Your score is not too good so that you are not eligible for chemical or architectural stream in good college after scoring 19248 rank in WBJEE. In government college as per your WBJEE score you are not eligible to get any stream. My suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college which offer to you stream like Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Computer Science and Civil Engineering after scoring 19248 rank in WBJEE.
