Yes, you can join in B.Sc forestry course after completing 2nd PUC. The full details are given below.

B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) in Forestry is a graduation level degree. The duration of the course is 4 years. This course deals with the art of managing forests, plantation and related natural resources.
The eligibility required is to complete 10+2 or equivalent education from any recognised board.
So, 2nd PUC is equivalent to 12th education you can study this course.
