Hi,

Regarding Night classes for pursuing Bachelor's in Law for a Railway employee,I would like to say that the Bar council of India does not recognize a degree from an evening college as being valid and students cannot enroll themselves as an advocate under the BCI.

Do you still wish to study in an evening college, when the degree is of no use?

I would suggest you to read an article.Below is the link:-

For the post of Chief Law Assistant under the 60% departmental promotion quota, whether the degree of Bachelor of Law done through correspondence is valid ?while the remaining 40% is recruited by the Railway Recruitment Board for the said post, there is a mandatory legal practice of 3 years Comes in the qualification, in respect of which the Bar Council of India has clearly declared that a person cannot do law practice in the court after law graduation through correspondence.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
