As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in MS in Robotics after completion of B.Tech in ECE.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

** B.E. and B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) is required for admission

Entrance Examination

** Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering

** SRM Engineering Entrance Examination
