I have completed my Higher Secondary i.e. 12th board exam from Commerce stream. I was wondering if I'm eligible to join NCC or not now. Please, update me about this.

Eligibility criteria for joining NCC-

Citizen of India or subject of Nepal.
Having good moral character.
Enrolled in educational institution.
Meet the medical standard as directed.

Age-

1.Junior division/wing-13 to 18.5 years.
2.Senior division/wing - up to 26 years.

Enrolment period -

For junior wing it is 2years and for senior wing it is 3 years.

Hence, you can join National Cadet Corps after 12th.

Yes, after completing 12th standard from Commerce stream, you can apply for NCC.

But you cannot apply for Air Force wing as it is for Science (Physics, Mathematics) candidates only.

However, you can apply for Army wing of NCC.
