Can I opt for Chemistry and Tamil Literature in UPSC mains exam? Does Tamil come under optional subjects or Indian language?
In the UPSC main exam when opting for two subjects can i opt Chemistry and Tamil Literature as two subjects? Does Tamil comes under optional subjects or Indian languages?

EARLIER IT WAS NOT INCLUDED FOR upsc EXAM BUTR NOW
IT IS IN SYLLABUS OF UPSC.
