I got a job on 19.12.2013 with M.Sc, B. Ed qualification at that time I was studying M.Ed and completed first semester only. After my joining in job I wrote second semester also. Can I show my qualifications as I have M.Ed

Unless you have completed your full academic degree course and have been issued a passing certificate/degree for the same it is not advisable to show it as a qualification as at the time of job application one can ask you for the degree certificate for the courses which you have claimed to have completed and failing to which your candidature can be denied. Also, it can lead to question marks on the authenticity of degrees which you have submitted.

No. Since, you have not completed the full course of M.Ed, then you can not show your qualification as M.Ed.
