Yes, You can get admission in NIT after 12th in Science with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. But, You will have to pass JEE Main exam. This exam is Conducted by CBSE every year for admission in NITs and many other Colleges. Your percentage is high and it will be very helpful for you to get a better NIT. Because, 40% weightage of your board exam will be given to JEE Main exam.
