Can I transfer my university to another university? Credit transfer is legal in India?


I have completed my UG course at Mahatma Gandhi university but i have some back papers. Can i transfer my university to other university. Is credit transfer is legal in India is it is approve? Any other ways? Please i need urgent . And please reply ...

No, this is not possible unless your university has a tie up program with another University you will have to clear your backlog in all the papers in the same university in order to get you proper degree
