I studying in Mahindra Ecole Centrale (MEC) College of Engineering, Hyderabad. Am I eligible to apply for EAMCET examination? If yes, then when should I apply for it? Application procedure? Any fees do I need to pay for application?

No, you are not eligible to appear in EAMCET examination being a MEC candidate. To be eligible to appear in EAMCET examination, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology subjects from a recognised board. So, being a MEC student, you are not eligible to appear in EAMCET examination.
