I scored 326 marks in neet 2016. I belong to SC category. Can I get a govt. college? Please help me out as soon as possible by providing the required details.

You have a less chances to get admission in government medical college with such a low score in NEET.

NEET Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) with physics , chemistry and biology subjects.
- Your age should be more than 17 years and less than 25 years.

NEET Exam Pattern
- Total Questions : 180
- Total Marks : 720
- Questions will be based on Physics , Chemistry and Biology.
- Each question will carry 4 marks.
- Negative marking system exist. For each wrong answer , 1 mark will be deducted.

NEET Important Dates
- Registration Opens From : May , 2016
- Registration Closed : June , 2016
- NEET Exam Date : 24th July , 2016
- Result Declaration : 17th August , 2016
- Counselling will Start : September , 2016

There are less chance for you to get a seat in a government college having 326 marks in NEET 2016 examination being a SC category candidate. To qualify in NEET examination, you must have to score at least 288 marks. Since, 326 marks are nearer to qualify marks (i.e., 288 marks), you need to wait till the completion of counselling process whether you can get a seat or not in government college.

There are chances for the SC candidate to get the government colleges, as there are certain number of seats that are reserved for Sc/ST/OBC candidate and if you fall under any one of this category then you will get relaxation till certain basis.

Also, you will get relaxation in the cut off marks. So, there exist chances for you to get selected on the basis of the marks you got.
Although this marks seems to be good.

So, you can expect for good government college.
