You don't have to worry because you have lot of options after B.D.S.
Dental departments in hospitals,nursing homes need the services of dentists.
You can also self employ urself by private practise.There are various other resourses like Dental Hygienist Certificate Course,Dental Mechanist Certificate Course,Diploma Course in Dental Assistance.But these will not provide you with P.G degree.
anyway doing M.D.S is the best choice after B.D.S.

After BDS you can either directly start working or prepare for PG Entrance Examination. There are about 450 PG seats in India contested by thousands of candidates each year. MDS (Masters of Dental Surgery) is a 3 yrs. course, which obviously improves your carrier prospects manifolds..........

I hav completed my B.D.S in 2010.I m currently working as an dental associate in a clinic n hav joind hosp for experience.
