Chances of getting Officer rank job in Indian army after Eyes Surgery?


Sir,
I have eye sight of -4 for both eyes. I am planing to get eyes surgery done. So is there is any chance to get a job in indian army in field work in officer rank

my eyesight is too weak,so can I apply for nda after having laser operation?
