Hi, I am a NIOS Board student from Durgapur and I wanted to apply in BC Roy College for further education. But, this college is not accepting my admission in BCA having done Intermediate from NIOS Board. What should I do now? Is NIOS Board not valid at all? Which other colleges are there in Durgapur for BCA?

NIOS stands for National Institute of Open Schooling which is a recogznied Board by MHRD.

Every college should accept NIOS board students as it is also a nationalized Board like other educational boards (CBSE, CISCE)

However, in case you are not getting admission in BC Roy college, then you can try in other institutes of Durgapur that are offering BCA course.
