Respected Sir, I am interested to study BTech in CSE course anywhere in Telangana. I just want to know that if I have 100% marks in PCM subject of Intermediate then which are the colleges available which provides free seat?

No, you cannot get a free seat with 100% marks in intermediate because for getting free seat you need to attend entrance exam and get good marks in exam so that you can get free seat.

There are very few universities which conduct their own entrance exam for giving admissions. So you need to attend any entrance exam and get free seat but you cannot get direct free seat based on the intermediate marks.
