my name is BHUDEV SHARMA , i am from india ,i have done my graduation in hotel management & catering technology.Now i m confused ,because i have to make my carrer in bakery. So can any body suggest me to do post graduate diploma or masters in culinary arts. And tell some colleges also

Of all I can say CULINARY ACADEMY OF INDIA IS THE BEST COLLEGE FOR POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARRTS.Asian Correspondant has given world 8th ranking based on its infrastructure,practical course delivery and placements.

Im saying this because Im studying the post graduate diploma and I know what Im getting.The course PGDCA is well designed and well delivered and the affiliation to Osmania University has addd even more value to the course.

I was also like you after I completed my Hotel management from IHM Mumbai. But I somehow got to know about Culinary academy of India in Hyderabad through one of my Faculty in IHM.I was fortunate that I could join the Post Graduate Diploma In Culinary at Culinary Academy of India. None of them are professional culinary arts schools.they all are hotel management colleges and they do not give professional culinary courses.the only best college i know and can vouch is culinary academy of india hyderabad as they are the best in this feild.i have completed my 4 months diploma in cruise galley operations from cai and i know what the college is all about.

Just join the Post Graduate Diploma being offered by Culinary Academy of India under Osmania University.The course is excellent and also latest.College provides good placement and got an offer from Costa Cruise Lines and working in Italy.Good College,very strict but result oriented.Thank you Sudhakar rao principal
