Color blind candidates are eligible to write the Indian Engineering Services (IES) examination?
I am only 10 percent colour blind. So, am eligible to apply and write the Indian Engineering Services (IES) examination? What is the standard eligibility criteria? Is there any relaxation for any caste category candidates?
