CDAC hyderabad offers following courses

---> Advanced Course in Bioinformatics

minimum eligibility criteria is

B.tech in Electronics/communication/computer
M.Sc in Electronics

Hello, there are several levels in C-DAC.
Here are the eligibility criteria for various levels.

There are 4 levels in CDAC.

For E & I levels:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any field/diploma in Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university/institute.

For D level:

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree/ 3 year’s diploma in Computer Science or graduation in any stream with relevant experience/training in IT field.

For G level:

Candidates should have an engineering degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication / Electrical / Instrumentation or a Master’s degree in a Computer Science field(MCA, M.Sc. (Comp Science.), M.Sc. (IT), MCS, MCM) or PGDST or FPGDST or APGDST from C-DAC, Mumbai or Electronics City, Bengaluru.


Candidate who wish to apply for the Respective courses, is required to register for the course on website http://acts.cdac.in. On successful registration, the candidate will get Login & Password. With the help of this login ID & password the candidate can fill the online application form.
Or
Candidate can also fill in the printed application form at C-DAC, ACTS / any other authorized training center of C-DAC, ACTS offering the course.

Information regarding next CDAC entrance examination: CDAC examination stands for Centre for Development of Advanced Computing and offers admission in graduate Diploma in System and Data Base Administration.

CDAC is an institution of Information Technology and time duration for this course is six month.

This course offers a training in network related service and CDAC entrance test conducted in online mode .The selection procedure in CDAC examination on the basis of Written examination and previous academics record.

Mainly CDAC examination conducted two times in a year one is in March and another is in September every years.

In CDAC examination or test consist of three sections of question are following as :

1) General Aptitude Section

2) Computer Fundamental

3) Networking Fundamental

In General Aptitude section there are total 20 questions you have to solve and in case of Computer Fundamental there are 40 questions in test.

Networking Fundamental is also a another important section for CDAC entrance exam and if you completed their B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology then you are eligible for apply next CDAC examination.


After clearing CDAC entrance exam you will be selected for any of the following 3 course :

Diploma in Embedded Systems Design (DESD)
Diploma in System Software Design (DSSD)
Diploma in Advanced Business Computing (DABC)

Minimum 60% marks is required for applying CDAC examination and list of important books for preparation of CDAC examination are following as :

>>> Computer Network by Andrew and David

>>> Theory and Programming of C BY Byron gottfried

>>> Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning by R.S Aggarwal.

Take any IT stream but At CDAC Pune .. Its worth. Not easy to get in there though..
