Is course of BSc(Fire and Safety) in Swami Vivekananda University approved by state technical board?

Is course of B.Sc. (Fire and Safety) in Svami vivekananda university, Sagar (M.P.) approved by state technical board?
I have already completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth university, Under DEC. I would like to become a registered Safety Officer.
please issue the proper guidelines is it regular is suitable for me or not ?
