Which course can i choose , other than medical, i have completed my 12th std. Better career options for biology student to have a bright future.

Other than medical after completion of 12th there are other so many options. As you are talking about medical then I think you completed your 12th from science stream. After studying 12th science you may take admission in engineering if you are interested. If you want to take admission in engineering then you have to appear in engineering entrance examination like IIT JEE, AIEEE or any other state level examination. If you can clear any one of these examination then you will be able to take admission in engineering courses. If you can clear the IIT JEE examination then you will be able to take admission in IITs which are the best institution in Indian for science and technical study.

You may also take admission in general B.Sc courses with hons in a good subject in which you have more interest. As you have mentioned biology subject then I think you have much more interest in Biology. So you may take admission in B.Sc with biology. There are three part in Biology - Zoology, Botany and Physiology. You may choose any one from this as you course. These are really good courses and have good scope and opportunity.

If you are interested in computer related study then you may take admission in BCA course. After completion of BCA complete MCA then job opportunity and scope will be much better than only BCA. You may also take admission BBA, BBM etc professional courses. If you are interested in MBA after completion of your graduation then you may choose BBA or BBM in graduation. Although any graduation candidates are eligible for taking admission but still you will get more advantage if you are from BBA or BBM background. Because this are the related to MBA.

You may also go for B.Pharm, B.Arch etc study. Choose your career option according to your interest and performance. Don't be confused at the time of admission. Decide the option before taking admission and prepare yourself in that way so that you can clear the entrance examination.

If I have chosen biology in 12th,except becoming a doctor what can be other career options

after mbbs can we do job in hospitals . or otherwise we need to do md or other specialised cources

Is pharmacy is a good carrer option after class twelth with sci-bio. What are the colleges, how to get admission, what are the job oppurtunities. Please give me complete infomation.

Many of the candidates will think that Medicine is the only choice in the science field after completion of 12th class.

But, there are so many avenues for the candidates to make entry in the field of Science also.

Here are some of the courses in the science field which are having great career scope.

BDS
Veterinary
Pharmacy related courses like
-D.Pharmacy
-B.Pharmacy
B.Sc Nursing
B.Sc Agriculture

The job opportunities for these courses are very high.

But you should be good enough in subject knowledge to get good job in good company.

One sincere suggestion from my side is, go for any of these courses if you are good at academics.

If you are below average or average student, then don't opt for these professional courses in Science field.

Better to opt for regular B.Sc course with any of the following subjects
Biotechnology
Botany
Zoology
Microbiology
Bio-Chemistry
Bio-Informatics
Genetics etc.

Soon after completion of this course, go for M.Sc course with the stream which you are interested.

If you are economically good enough, better to carry out study in abroad. Then you will be having good future.
