What are the courses offered after 12th?
What is the mode of selection for these courses?
When and where the applications will be issued?
Is it necessary to take any entrance exams for these courses?
When will be the entrance exams, if any?

You can have a good list of choices after your 12th.
FOR SCIENCE STREAM(Physics,Chemistry&Maths):-
1. You can appear for Engineering Entrance Test.Some of the popular known are IIT-JEE,AIEEE,VITEEE,CET(of your state),BIT-SAT,etc.
The application form for these comes in November-December and the entrance test are probably from second week of April to last week of May.
2. You can also do graduation in either of Physics,Chemistry or Maths.And if you are a computer student you can opt for BCA or BSC in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The application forms for this come in JUNE-JULY After The 10+2 Results are out in May.

FOR SCIENCE STREAM (Physics,Chemistry,Biology):-
1. You can apply for MEDICAL line through Medical test conducted in national as well as state level.You can appear for AIIMs,AIPMT,PMT(of your state)
Their forms are alsio available from the month of November-December and their exams are conducted during April-May.
2. You can also go for graduation HONOURS in either of BIOTECHNOLOGY,BOTANY,ZOOLOGY depending upon your command in these.
3. If you have Maths as your optional subjects you can also appear for engineerin tests mentioned above.

for admission in good known Engineering or Medical Colleges you need to appear in entrance test.If you don't want to give any entrance test then you need to secure very good marks above 90% in English,Science & Maths in your 12th board exams for direct admission in top private colleges.
For graduation courses you need not apear for any entrance tests.It is done on the basis of 12th board results.
