Which course is preferable in USA after B.Sc in Microbiology and certificate course in MLT?


hi i need favor of u,
i have completed my Bsc in microbiology,and certificate course in diploma laboratory technician(MLT).i have 4 yrs experiance in laboratory in hospitalised environment.now i m staying in USA with L2 dependent visa with my EAD(employment authorization document),i want to further study so which course is preferable?
and one Qs,do i need any certificates like (Ascp) for work in USA? if yes,what is ASCP?
withaout any certificate can i work in USA? and what is the diffference bet'n MLT and MT for USA?
plz help i will realy appriciate for favour....!!

Dear sir,
I have completed my bsc microbiology in first division. but either the courses of study in nepal of bsc microbiology is based upon year wise schedule which is only of 3 years...sir,how could i get the Master level in USA for the preferable courses after my bsc in microbiology?
