Sir, I am a permanent resident of Nagpur but by my father service problem I am living in Simla(HP). I have completed all education upto HSC in Simla(HP). I am interested for Electricals Engineering and I have to compete MHT-CET exam. 2012. So please give me details about form availability date, filling guidance, centre etc.
