Hello friend,
The notification for the upcoming Joint Entrance Exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology has not been yet published but is most likely to be published during the month of November this year.
The application fee is usually Rs.1000 for candidates belonging to general category and Rs.500 for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
You may apply for the exam either through offline application forms or may apply online through the official website of IIT JEE.

Online application forms will be available from 31st october 2011. It ends on 10th of december 2011.
Last date of receipt of conline ompleted application form at IITs is 15th december 2011.
Cost of online application form is Rs.1600.

The online forms will be available from 31st oct. 2011 till 5 december.
One can apply through website
http://www.iitd.ac.in/
Fees for boys will Rs.1800
for girls it is free of cost.

Closing of online application process :- 10th December 2011.
Start of sell OMR offline application form :- 11th November 2011.
Close of sale of offline Application Form :- 5th December 2011.
Last date of receive Application Form :- 15th December 2011.
IIT JEE - 2012 Examination Day :- 8th April 2012.

Offline Application Form Cost :

For GE/OBC male Candidates :- Rs.-1800/.
For SC/ST/PD male Candidates :- Rs. -1000/.
For all female Candidates :- Rs. -200/.

Application Forms for IIT JEE 2012

The application forms for IIT JEE 2012 is available online since 31st October,2011 and the offline forms are available since 11th November,2011..

The forms are available at your nearest Union Bank of India Branch or your nearest book depots..

The cost of the IIT JEE 2012 form is :-

For General Category Males : Rs 1800/-

For OBC/SC/ST males : Rs 1000/-

For all female candidates : Rs 200/-

You can apply for IIT JEE online directly..you just need to Click Here

The forms are to be submitted at your nearest IIT Zonal office..

You can know your zone by checking your region in the information brochure which you will get along with the application form..

You need not worry about filling up the forms as the brochure also provides with step by step instructions for filling each part of the form..

in the online application, if u select STATE BANK, then d foem doznt display any account number. weras axis bank form doz hav an acc no. SBI has CBS number and FEE TYPE number. wich 1 is d acc number?
