Date of Drug Inspector Exam?


I request you to inform the date of DI exam as soon as possible and if possible plz allot one DI for each District so that other people will realise the value of Pharmacy field and also the pharmacy graduates & post graduates will get benefit.

There are several posts that are being allotted through Drug Inspector Exams. Generally the exams are held on in the months of September and October. Some of the posts and the last date for applying in that posts are given below:
1. Senior Scientist at CLRI:- last date-23/9/11
2. Programme Officer at National Blood Transfusion Board:- last date-16/9/11
3. RA in Center for Food Science & Technology at BHU:- last date-22/9/11
4. SRF at NIT:- last date-16/9/11
There are several other posts vacant right now.

APPSC is going to conduct the exam of Drug Inspector in the mid of December 2011..The dates has not been declared yet.
To apply for this exam the candidate should have a Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or Medicine with Specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University founded in India by Law. And the Age Limit should be between 18-34.

Exam pattern of APPSC Test
Written (Objective Type) Examination
General Studies & Mental Ability 150 Marks – 150 Questions – 150 Minutes
Subject (One Paper) 300 Marks – 150 Questions -150 Minutes
Interview (Oral Test) – 50 Marks
