For becoming an Excise and Taxation Officer you have to apply for UPSC Civil Services exam 2015. Graduation is the minimum requirement for this exam. Hence, if you have this qualification then you can surely apply for this exam.
Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years. There is age relaxation available for candidates who belong to reserved category. The preliminary exam is usually held in the month of May/June.
