LEET is the Lateral Entry Entrance test. this test is conducted to take admission of student of diploma engineering in B.tech or B.E directly in second year. the students who have already passed diploma in engineering or in last year of diploma from a polytechnic affiliated with any State Board of Technical Education and approved by All India Council for Technical are eligible for LEET examination.



this is a state level examination. various state conducted this examination ta take admission in B.E or B.Tech in their own state institution. the LEET examination for most of the state are held on the month of June or July. the notification generally come in the month of April. so you should wait for the notification for few days. then you will come to know exact date of LEET examination for Punjab and also for other state.
